Virtual Counseling for Adults in Nebraska

Vistara Counseling & Wellness offers virtual counseling for adults in Nebraska. Therapy provides a supportive and confidential space to explore life challenges, understand patterns, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

Vistara Counseling & Wellness provides specialized counseling for individuals and families affected by gambling disorder and gambling addiction. Kayla is trained and certified to treat gambling disorder, and through a partnership with the Nebraska Gambling Assistance Program, eligible clients in Nebraska may receive treatment at no cost for both individuals and affected family members.

Wellness coaching is structured to help clients build awareness, develop consistency, and create sustainable changes that realistically fit their lives. Coaching sessions are available virtually nationwide as well as in-person in Lincoln, Nebraska, providing flexible support that meets you wherever you are.

Levels of Support:

  • A steady coaching rhythm built around your goals, with support close by when you need it.

    • 3–4 55-minute coaching sessions per month

    • A customized plan built around what you want to accomplish, produce, or create in your life

    • Light support in between sessions

    • One 10–20 minute spot coaching call available if something urgent comes up

  • When you want support built into everyday life: a coach who shows up with you, day to day, in real time.

    • 3–4 55-minute coaching sessions per month

    • A customized plan built around what you want to accomplish, produce, or create in your life

    • Daily contact and support between sessions

    • Same-day response guaranteed — response time may vary depending on my schedule (sessions, meetings, family time), but you'll hear back that day

Prenatal & Postpartum Coaching

ToughMF (Mother Fitness) Coaching 

Pregnancy and postpartum are transformative seasons that impact physical health, emotional well-being, identity, and daily life. Vistara Counseling & Wellness offers specialized prenatal and postpartum coaching designed to support women through these transitions with evidence-based guidance and individualized support.

ToughMF Coaching integrates movement, nutrition, and emotional preparation to help women feel confident and supported throughout pregnancy and recovery.

​

Coaching may include support with:

Strength & mobility preparation for labor

Nutrition guidance and education on changes during and after pregnancy

Core and pelvic floor awareness

Navigating stress and emotional support 

Birth preparation and planning

Postpartum recovery and reintegration into movement

This coaching program works alongside a client’s midwife, OB-GYN, doula, or birth team to provide additional support between medical appointments. Coaching levels are available to match the level of support and accountability desired.

Levels of Support:

  • A steady coaching rhythm built around your pregnancy and postpartum journey, with support close by when you need it.

    • 3–4 55-minute coaching sessions per month

    • A customized plan built around the type of experience you want to create for your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.

    • Light support in between sessions

    • One 10–20 minute spot coaching call available if something urgent comes up

  • When you want support built into every stage of pregnancy and postpartum: a coach who shows up with you, day to day, in real time.

     

    • 3–4 55-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Hands-on 60-90 minute coaching for movement instruction, technique refinement, and confidence building.

    Ideal for:

    • Postpartum return to lifting

    • Learning new movements

    • Real-time feedback

    • Clients who want in-person accountability

    Available to current clients or as a standalone service.

  • A focused 55 minute consultation to address specific goals or troubleshooting nutrition, workout, plateaus, or pregnancy and postpartum.

    Ideal for:

    • Current clients wanting extra support

    • Former clients needing a reset

    • Individuals not enrolled in a package but wanting one-time guidance

  • An in-home session designed to support early postpartum recovery and movement confidence. This service includes core and pelvic floor guidance, breathwork integration, safe baby-wearing and lifting mechanics, and home movement setup adjustments.

    Ideal for:

    • Newly postpartum mothers

    • First-time moms

    • Clients needing reassurance and hands-on support

  • This short-term coaching option offers focused support over the course of one month. Each client’s experience is tailored to their individual needs and goals. Sessions may include developing a personalized plan, working through barriers, troubleshooting challenges, or exploring specific topics clients would like more guidance or education around.

    • New clients wanting to test coaching

    • Former clients restarting

    • Individuals needing a reset or structured push
