Kayla is trained and certified to treat gambling disorder, and through a partnership with the Nebraska Gambling Assistance Program, eligible clients in Nebraska may receive treatment at no cost for both individuals and affected family members.

ToughMF (Mother Fitness) Coaching
Pregnancy and postpartum are transformative seasons that impact physical health, emotional well-being, identity, and daily life. Vistara Counseling & Wellness offers specialized prenatal and postpartum coaching designed to support women through these transitions with evidence-based guidance and individualized support.
ToughMF Coaching integrates movement, nutrition, and emotional preparation to help women feel confident and supported throughout pregnancy and recovery.
Coaching may include support with:
Strength & mobility preparation for labor
Nutrition guidance and education on changes during and after pregnancy
Core and pelvic floor awareness
Navigating stress and emotional support
Birth preparation and planning
Postpartum recovery and reintegration into movement
This coaching program works alongside a client’s midwife, OB-GYN, doula, or birth team to provide additional support between medical appointments. Coaching levels are available to match the level of support and accountability desired.
