What to Expect After Your Reach Out
After you send a message through the contact form, email, or text, you can expect a response within 1–2 business days. You will have the opportunity to share what you’re navigating, ask questions, and learn more about how counseling or coaching works. If we decide to move forward together, you’ll receive access to a secure patient portal where you can complete intake paperwork and schedule your first session.

Virtual Counseling & In-Person or Virtual Coaching
Virtual counseling is available to adults in Nebraska. Coaching is offered in person in Lincoln, Nebraska, and virtually nationwide.
